Spacious rooms with comprehensive kitchen facilities.
I was appalled by the lack of air conditioning. The room I received looked nothing like the pictures. It was on the ground floor with a view of trash bags. The service was lackluster, as my complaints about the room's discomfort received no timely response.

Booked a room with 2 seperate bedrooms. Had an electric kettle, a dishwasher and refrigerators at our disposal. Location: the hotel was next to the Memorial, beautiful Petrin Hill and tram stop, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and walking distance from main sights and beautiful Petrin Hill.

Uncomfortable room temperatures at night!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity!!! The lack of proper parking facilities caused hassle for travelers with cars!!! Inconsistent hot water supply during peak hours was unsettling!!!

Can recommend for a short staycation
Cozy room, convenient location, the apartment featured a good size TV with Netflix and a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals , while being only a short 5-minute walk from the bridge leading into the main attractions.

The Royal Prague City provided a spacious apartment, perfect for our needs. The separate kitchenette included everything we needed, from cookware to a big fridge/freezer. The decoration felt homey. I really appreciated the location. Just a short walk to the iconic Charles Bridge. Public transportation access was excellent, with a tram stop right across the road. Daily cleaning kept the apartment fresh. Noise from trams disturbed our sleep, especially in the front-facing room. The heating was too high at times.
